Employees and managers are able to schedule visits of guests or suppliers. Singu delivers invitation e-mail to your pre-booked guest. Notification includes meeting details, map that guide your guest to right entrance, parking tips and crucial custom designed information to help your guest with hassle free check-in. Your guest could also add the appointment to your calendar. The system can also send SMS notifications containing link to personalized meeting page. Get rid of printing badges, use smartphone and QR sign-in. It is more efficient and environmentally-friendly.

trainings

Conduct health&safety training using a dedicated module. Module enables display of the instructional video, defines the revision questions together with their answers verification, suggest use of protective equipment required to enter the facility/plant. Questions are selected randomly from a pool of pre-defined questions. In the case of giving the wrong answers, the person taking the test will be asked to do the test again. Singu Smart Security Desk allows defining which departments or company sections are going to be asked to take the test.

Singu Smart Security Desk enhances overall facility security by tracking all guests entering and leaving the premises. The system also includes a one-click option to create and print an evacuation report with the list of all visitors currently in the production facility.

Register your temporary employees by defining the time range of their permission to enter the production facility. The badge with the barcode, once printed, would be valid throughout the defined time range, so there is no need to re-print it. What’s more, Singu Guestbook platform enables integration with access cards by integrating with the HID reader. Contractor who enters the plant/facility/permises, simply needs to scanne the barcode on the badge and that way he gets access card from the reception/security desk. The system also allows including the photos of temporary employees. When the employee arrives at the reception/security desk, the platform will display the personal data, employee photo and the temporary contract time frame.
